Australia is definitely a dream destination for many of us! I feel like UK folks feel the grass is greener in Australia (and NZ), whereas Aussies often say they’d love to be so close to Europe and so on. It’s great that it encourages a lot of travel and connections between us.

I’ve never been to WA, my visit was to Sydney and QLD back in 2007. I loved how different the “background nature” was in general; the usual everyday trees, birds and insects were all so unexpected.

I intend to visit again one day and see more if the country, but I just blew my savings on a trip to NZ at the end of last year, so that’s me done for a while…
