I love eggs so much, hard-boiled the most. Egg mayo sandwich is my comfort food. If I’ve eaten egg, it’s been a good day.

I’m going to try plunging them into a second pan of cold water after boiling. Usually I just tip out the boiling water down the sink, then run the cold tap (freezing here) over them until the pan is full and no longer warm.
