I think time management is the hardest, but most important thing. There are productivity tools and lots of tricks and method, but to learn them all it takes… time!
I think the solution, as you suggest, is to learn “on the job” while implementing different strategies, and you’ll get to know yourself and what works.
Related – 15-minute writing increments sounds really short, but super manageable. Do you already have what you need to write planned out, so you can just get straight to it?
