In short, I was offered a 'big girl' job with a client I've been working with for a while now, but felt unsure that I wanted to give up the freedom I enjoy through freelancing.

When I ask for signs, I use a Lenormand deck. It's great for helping me realise "what I already know". After all, it's all down to interpretation.

Anyway, I kept getting the Scythe card, which I couldn't interpret, along with things like Crossroads and Heart, which were more obvious. What you said clicked: I've been sowing the seeds of this career move all along. I have been making myself useful in extra ways, picking up different types of tasks, and providing feedback on what is and isn't working, etc. I've even imagined myself in the role, which didn't previously exist! Now it's time to reap what I've sown, which is a job that's the exact right fit for me right now.

(Also they agreed I can do the job half-time, so I still have half my working hours to do other stuff 😃)
